Chef Linda Galyean has built a blooming culinary business with multi-media appeal. Her championing of healthy cooking prepared with care and her remarkable culinary talents merit her in-demand status in television, print, and the internet. As the founder of The Art of Cuisine, her work as a personal chef includes a clientele of high-profile professionals, internationally known authors, celebrities, and the average person next door.

Chef Linda has loved food and cooking since she was a little girl living in the greater Sacramento area and has been providing various food services since 1996. Though she’s recognized by co-workers, friends, and family for her award-winning cakes, and has a passion for cooking and for creating new recipes, Linda also has a passion for art and music.

Ask Chef Linda, “What inspires you?”, and her response will be, “Food! How it grows, what it smells like, what it does at different temperatures. More than anything, I love how I can help people learn to eat healthy, get nourishment from the food they eat, and live healthy lives, and most of all, how food brings people together.”  Linda has enjoyed cooking for a number of celebrities, and on television.

She is now proud to be holding cooking classes at Arden Hills Country Club & Spa and giving clients private Culinary Inspiration parties/classes in their homes. She enjoys being a personal chef/instructor and sharing her passion for food. You will find in her classes that you will have plenty of fun and gain plenty of knowledge. Chef Linda teaches easy, systematic, healthy recipes, with tips on time saving methods that the whole family will love.

When asked how her cookbook “The Art of Cuisine” has impacted her career and her life she happily says,

“It’s the best thing I could of done. My customers are very impressed that I have written a book, and they all buy one along with my services. When you’re teaching classes, it really gives you so much credibility. People who don’t know you feel very confident about your cooking class when they see your book displayed on the counter. Everyone buys one, and many people buy them for their friends. A cookbook is a great calling card for anyone in the culinary profession!”
